Four distinct circles C,C1,C2C,C_1, C_2, C3 and a line L are given in the plane such that CC and LL are disjoint and each of the circles C1,C2,C3C_1, C_2, C_3 touches the other two, as well as CC and LL. Assuming the radius of CC to be 11, determine the distance between its center and L.L.
