Problem Statement

We have a convex quadrilateral ABCDABCD and a point MM on its side ADAD such that CMCM and BMBM are parallel to ABAB and CDCD respectively. Prove that SABCD≥3SBCM.S_{ABCD} \geq 3 S_{BCM}.
Remark. SS denotes the area function.
