Problem Statement

Given a circle, let ABAB be a chord that is not a diameter, and let CC be a point on the longer arc ABAB. Let KK and LL denote the reflections of AA and BB, respectively, about lines BCBC and ACAC, respectively. Prove that the distance between the midpoint of ABAB and the midpoint of KLKL is independent of the choice of CC.
