Problem Statement

Given two positive integers nn and kk, we say that kk is nn-ergetic if: However the elements of M={1,2,,k}M=\{1,2,\ldots, k\} are coloured in red and green, there exist nn not necessarily distinct integers of the same colour whose sum is again an element of MM of the same colour. For each positive integer nn, determine the least nn-ergetic integer, if it exists.
