Problem Statement
Can every polynomial with integer coefficients be expressed as a sum of cubes
of polynomials with integer coefficients?I found the following statement that can be linked to this problem: "It is easy to see that every polynomial in F[x] is sum of cubes if char (F)3 and card (F)=2,4"
