Problem Statement

We say a non-negative integer nn "contains" another non-negative integer mm, if the digits of its decimal expansion appear consecutively in the decimal expansion of nn. For example, 20162016 contains 22, 00, 11, 66, 2020, 1616, 201201, and 20162016. Find the largest integer nn that does not contain a multiple of 77.
