Problem Statement
The infinite integer plane consists of all number pairs , where and are integers. Let and be non-negative integers. We call any move from a point to any of the points or a -knight move. Determine all numbers and , for which it is possible to reach all points of the integer plane from an arbitrary starting point using only -knight moves.
