Prove that any quadratic expression Q(x)=Ax2+Bx+CQ(x) = Ax^2 + Bx + C (a) can be put into the form Q(x)=kx(x1)12+x+mQ(x) = k \frac{x(x- 1)}{1 \cdot 2} + \ell x + m where k,,mk, \ell, m depend on the coefficients A,B,CA,B,C and
(b) Q(x)Q(x) takes on integral values for every integer xx if and only if k,,mk, \ell, m are integers.
