Problem Statement

In triangle ABCABC, BAC=60\angle{BAC}=60^\circ and the incircle of ABCABC touches ABAB and ACAC at PP and QQ, respectively. Lines PCPC and QBQB intersect at GG. Let RR be the circumradius of BGCBGC. Find the minimum value of R/BCR/BC.
