Problem Statement

Find the Jordan normal form of the operator ed/dte^{d/dt} in the space of quasi-polynomials {eλtp(t)}\{e^{\lambda t}p(t)\} where the degree of the polynomial pp is less than 55, and of the operator adA\text{ad}_A, B[A,B]B\mapsto [A, B], in the space of n×nn\times n matrices BB, where AA is a diagonal matrix.
