Problem Statement

A circle is inscribed in the triangle ABC ABC and it's center II and the points of tangency P,Q,RP, Q, R with the sides BCBC, CAC A and ABAB are marked, respectively. With a single ruler, build a point KK at which the circle passing through the vertices B and CC touches (internally) the inscribed circle.
