Problem Statement

ABCDABCD is a parallelogram, line DFDF is drawn bisecting BCBC at EE and meeting ABAB (extended) at FF from vertex CC. Line CHCH is drawn bisecting side ADAD at GG and meeting ABAB (extended) at HH. Lines DFDF and CHCH intersect at II. If the area of parallelogram ABCDABCD is xx, find the area of triangle HFIHFI in terms of xx.
