Problem Statement

Let all positive integers nn satisfy the following condition: for each non-negative integers k,mk, m with k+mnk + m \le n, the numbers (nkm)\binom{n-k}{m} and (nmk)\binom{n-m}{k} leave the same remainder when divided by 22.
