Problem Statement

Given an angle ∠QBP \angle QBP and a point L L outside the angle ∠QBP \angle QBP. Draw a straight line through L L meeting BQ BQ in A A and BP BP in C C such that the triangle △ABC \triangle ABC has a given perimeter.
