Problem Statement

Suppose two convex quadrangles in the plane PP and PP', share a point OO such that, for every line ll trough OO, the segment along which ll and PP meet is longer then the segment along which ll and PP' meet. Is it possible that the ratio of the area of PP' to the area of PP is greater then 1.91.9?
